Shake and Meatwad’s attempt to mug the Tooth Fairy goes awry when an old foe returns to steal all the Aqua Teens’ teeth.
- Anticlimax Boss: The Aqua Teens confront Dr. Wongburger, now calling himself Chatterman, and then just go home without putting up a fight or really doing anything to resolve the plot. Right before it cuts away from the scene, Meatwad asks Wongburger for his tooth back much to Frylock’s horror, but it’s not clear what the takeaway’s supposed to be.
- Cool Starship: Wongburger’s plan is to enough teeth to complete his Tooth Ship and return to his enameled condo on the Tooth Planet.
- Identity Impersonator: Wongburger has stolen the real Creature From the Plaque Lagoon’s identity and is using it to disguise his activities and commit credit card fraud.
- Magic Plastic Surgery: Dr. Wongburger declares that he was a “a tooth trapped inside the shaft of a dick crying to get out,” and underwent years of plastic surgery to turn himself into a molar.
- Random Events Plot: Less a coherent storyline than a string of gags that don’t really have anything to do with each other beyond being tooth-themed.
- Suspiciously Similar Substitute: Cements Wongburger being one to MC Pee Pants, both being recurring supervillains who are explicitly affected by continuity and rope the Aqua Teens into utterly inane plans.
- Tooth Fairy: Shake and Frylock are hoping to kidnap her and force her to give up all the money she’s collected so they can engage in surprisingly sensible financial planning. Although there’s no fairy in that traditional sense there are two teeth-related fairies: Gary the Dairy Fairy, a “preventative dietary-fairy” who gives kids floss and calcium-rich products, and the titular Creature From the Plaque Lagoon, who apparently rots your teeth and is being impersonated by Wongburger.
- The Tooth Hurts: The episode starts with Shake smashing Meatwad’s tooth out with a golf club. Later Wongburger steals their teeth, somehow causing those left to become horrifically infected and rotten. Then the Aqua Teens yank their remaining teeth out with pliers.
- Villains Out Shopping: Gary takes the Aqua Teens to the Plaque Lagoon, apparently where the Creature conducts whatever business he does, but finds that he moved locations year ago and it’s been replaced by a Better Buy. Fortunately the Creature happens to be there buying a TV.
- You're Insane!: Frylock calls Wongburger a madman, with the former bluntly acknowledging that he knows
