Shake gets a new job in viral marketing. Unfortunately his job is taken quite literally when he discovers that he is spreading a virus that eats away the host's flesh.
- Body Horror: The titular germs slowly eat away Shake's flesh throughout the episode.
- Downer Ending: Frylock is ultimately unable to save Shake and his boss. He freezes them (along with Meatwad) and intends cure them in the future but gives up after twenty years and dumps them in a Jurassic Park island to be eaten by dinosaurs.
- Laser-Guided Karma: Meatwad gets frozen for several decades while being conscious the entire time after trying to give Shake a wet willie.
- They Killed Kenny Again: Shake combusts after being eaten by a dinosaur. Meatwad's fate is left ambiguous as he escapes the dinosaurs but is still trapped on the island.
