Tropes present in this episode:
- Copycat Mockery: Player (really Mr. Cheese) does this by repeating what Mr. Egg said in a mocking tone.
- Gratuitous Rap: Veteran has a dream sequence where he does a rap with Player and Stoner.
- Killed Mid-Sentence: The Gentleman.
- Removing the Rival: Captain wants to kill Veteran because 'Player only has room in his life for one BFF'.
- Sickeningly Sweethearts: Gnome and Engineer. Both Veteran and Stoner are disgusted, and Stoner even agrees to get himself voted out so he won't have to hear the couple saying all that 'gooey romantic crap'.
- Suspiciously Specific Denial: Captain gives one during the first crewmates' meeting. Due to the general stupidity of the rest of the players, no one reacts to it.Captain: I am totally surprised to find out that a murder just happened! It probably wasn't Mother, or anything...
- The Reveal: Player was actually Mr. Cheese this whole time.
- Think of the Children!: Mother invokes this when saying why she doesn't want there to be three impostors. She does it again when trying to convince the other players not to vote her out.
