Nightmare Fuel / Say Cheese and Die!

• One photo actually makes Shari disappear. And that's all we know. Her parents are understandably horrified, her friends are panicking, when she finally comes back into reality, she has no recollection of where she's been.
• The way in which the camera's described as Greg and Shari inspect it. It looks like a regular camera at first glance, but upon closer inspection it's clear there's something genuinely off about it. There are no bolts or screws, no compartment to place in new film and cardboard, the lightbulb can't be removed, and there's no place to put in batteries or even plug the camera in. Shari gets frustrated trying to figure out how to take the camera apart or open because there doesn't seem to be any way to do so. So it's less that this is a camera and something that is pretending to be one.
• There's some discussion to be had as to what, exactly, the camera is truly capable of. At first, one could argue as to whether or not the camera is predicting a future that will happen anyway or if it deliberately causes the bad events to happen. Spidey later confirms the camera is indeed causing this awful events to happen, meaning the camera has the power to literally rewrite the future at its own sadistic whims.
