The Magic Wakes is a Science Fantasy trilogy written by Charity Bradford. The first book was released in 2013.
The series follows scientist Talia Zaryn, a woman with extraordinary abilities who has been plagued with dreams of an alien invasion followed by her own death since birth. Talia is forced to move to the city her dreams take place in, where she meets Colonel Landry Sutton, another person with extraordinary abilities. Together with him, she must face the looming threat and its aftermath.
