• In Tooth and Nail 7.9, Gordon gets upset after Sy willingly puts himself in enemy hands without telling anyone again, so much so that Sy expects him to punch him. Instead, Gordon gives him a Cooldown Hug and tries to help in any way he can.
• In Enemy Arc 7, Lillian and Mary both affirm their love for one another and for the other Lambs, Sy and Lillian enter a romantic relationship, and Helen demonstrates her loyalty to the Lambs by cheerfully shutting down an interrogation by talking about how much she wants to kill everyone present.
• In Bleeding Edge 8.3 Sy thinks about how Lillian almost makes him feel hope.
• In In Sheep's Clothing 10.20, Sy has abandoned the Academy, and set up a rendezvous for any Lambs that want to come with him. When nobody shows up, he begins to hallucinate the others and has an argument with them about targets for going down in a blaze of glory...only for the hallucination of Jamie to hug him, and apologize for taking so long to make the rendezvous, revealing that he's real and Jamie really did abandon the Academy, which he needs to keep his mind from breaking down, for Sy's sake.
