• In episode 6 "The Wolf in the Rocks". The rest of the knights' main concern when Maeve kidnaps Angus is to rescue him for his own sake. His facing the Rock Wolf to get his mystic armor come across as an afterthought.
  • When Angus doubts that he'll defeat the Rock Wolf get to be too much for him, Cathbad assures the young man he only needs to look within himself for what he needs to win.
• Near the end of episode 14, "Aideen's Choice". When Rohan tells "the new girl" (Aideen in human form) just how much he respects and how highly he regards her.
• Episode 19 "Divide & Conquer", Rohan and Angus talking about Deirdre while she's under the effects of Mider's sleeping curse. Both boys actually pay her sincere compliments.
