Heartwarming / The Boss Baby

• Boss Baby singing "Blackbird" to Tim in an attempt to cheer him up.
• The moment when Tim and the Boss Baby first start to actually get along and like each other, as opposed to being antagonistic.
• Tim writing to the Boss Baby, inviting him back into his family.
• The Boss Baby snatches a cookie that Jimbo, a fat baby who works for him was trying to eat, telling him to "Put the cookie down. Cookies are for closers." At the end of the film, the Boss Baby shares warm moments with all of the other babies who work for him, including Jimbo, whom he gives a cookie.
• Tim singing The Black Birds song to the Boss Baby when he's reverted to Normal Baby state to soothe him and get him off The Puppy Rocket before it takes off.
• In the time skip at the end, Tim and the Boss Baby (now named Ted) are all grown up and Tim has a daughter with Ted as her Cool Uncle...and then we find out that Tim's second daughter is a Boss Baby herself.
• Tim and the Boss Baby have had their big fight at the airport. They make up and the Boss Baby tells him that he wasn't born, he was hired.
  Boss Baby: So you're right—I don't know what it's like to be part of a family, but I do care.
