  • It might be a gag used for when The Cat in the Hat moves his feet while jumping after Nick and Sally got permission from their parents to go with him.
• Why do most characters not cry in this show?
  • The characters rarely cry in the show. The first episode where someone cries was in "I Love the Nightlife". It was The Cat in the Hat who was sobbing after he lost his hat. He was wearing another hat, but it's his spare one.
