  • In "Jungle Drums", Lois is initially wearing her usual brown suit when she is captured by the natives and when she is threatened by the Nazis. Later on when she's on the pyre she's in a different white dress. Did the entirely male-populated Nazi-base just happen to have a spare white dress lying around that they decided to put her in for the ceremony?
    • Maybe they just removed the brown suit and left the "underdress".
  • Also in "Jungle Drums", Lois is shown being grabbed by the natives and then dragged very roughly through harsh jungle terrain. Somehow she manages to keep her high heels on during all this?
    • This is why you spring for a good pair of custom made shoes. Seriously, a really well fitted pair of shoes will stay on your feet through a lot. In an era where more people paid for custom made than just off the shelf, this is not surprising.
  • "Underground World" ends with Perry burning the story about an underground cavern inhabited by birdmen because nobody would ever believe it was real. When most episodes end with the Planet running a front-page story about a Physical God in blue tights.
    • It actually makes sense when you take into account that the only villains the public knows Superman fought are gangsters, war profiteers, mad scientists, and robots. A giant dinosaur and a huge gorilla aside, bird people living underground seems a bit out there. And like in the comics at the time, Superman is probably unaware that he's a Human Alien.
