- What exactly did Feena regret? She says there was something she "did" to Duncan shortly before he died that sounds as though she had to go back on her word, or she betrayed him in some way. The series never went into detail there.
- Duncan made Feena promise to Mercy Kill him if his parasite reasserted itself, but she didn't. She subsequently felt guilty because she knew that Duncan suffered under the parasite's control. In "The Ancestor" she finally does keep her promise and kills him off-screen.
