- In Double Vision Robot Molly finds JD and shoots him so how did she know he was there? I mean throughout the episode I thought that was a stupid place to hold up but if they were watching the place then it makes no sense why they didn't go in sooner.
- The Greater Good has a Mexican standoff between Molly and Robot Molly. With the whole series having an unsubtle organic vs technology vibe why didn't Hybrid Molly simply flash their eyes to prove that they're them way in a way the other person couldn't have?
- Also in The Greater Good why would you let your programmers design the hallways leading to the server, so such a minute level of degree, down to the title motif on the floor?
