• Deleted Scene: The originally broadcast version of the pilot had a scene in which Lynn confronts Ezra about why he is resisting Kylie's suggestion to pray for protection during the Karik invasion. Eventually, Ezra relents and prays with his family. When the series finally reappeared on the BYUtv app, the scene had been removed; Kylie never suggests prayer. This seems particularly strange considering that BYUtv is operated by Brigham Young University, which is in turn owned by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, which is obviously very much in favor of prayer.
