Headscratchers / April Fools' Day

• So why isn't the group more mad at Muffy when they learn it's a prank, considering they literally feared for their lives at one point and thought their friends had really died? You'd think they'd sue her for emotional distress and the like.
  • It makes a little more sense with the planned ending where they would try to prank her back, but it just dragged the run time out too much (twenty extra minutes apparently). But in-universe, you could argue that these are all close friends who are used to pranking and playing tricks on each other - so they probably found it Actually Pretty Funny. Kit is pretty annoyed at first, but most of them are young and easy going so they may have seen the funny side.
  • Since the movie ends before the night is over, we could assume that anyone who didn't like Muffy's prank just didn't keep in contact with her afterwards.
