  • Combining three mismatched items creates Rubbish. That's not the funny part. What's funny is that Rubbish itself has several recipes that get progressively more useless- combining three Rubbish together creates a Rubbish Pile, combining three Rubbish Piles gives a Rubbish Heap, and combining three of those makes a Rubbish Dump. Their Flavor Texts are also hilarious:
    Rubbish: Why would you want this? Perhaps you need help.
    Rubbish Pile: A pile of rubbish. What did you hope to accomplish?
    Rubbish Heap: It's a heap now. Good job.
    Rubbish Dump: Stop making rubbish.
    • It should be noted that after Arcane Power Cells became craftable, Rubbish is no longer useless. Despite this it still has the same flavor text.
  • Some of the adjectives for houses fall under this. Seeing "Near-indestructible", "Indestructible" and "Impossible-to-Read" as house adjectives are bound to give the player a few chuckles.
  • The Item Dump owner's birthday present for Bob is a Rubbish Dump.
  • As a standard for these kinds of games, there's an option to buy packs of diamonds and blood orbs using real currency. However, they couldn't resist going nuts with the last one: the Ludicrous Pack. Apparently, it gives you 547899 diamonds, 5 sandwiches and 2 tickets to a "Slain Dion" concert in exchange for $750000 and your soul.
  • Similarly, if you're about to spend over half your orbs on a Shard or Treasure Chest purchase, the game will warn you with another series of message boxes that make sure if you're positive of doing this, monologuing about how the developer lost a save data because their child messed with their game. At the end, the accept button is again, swapped with the dismiss button.
  • Some of the dev updates have humor in them:
    Chest Collector renamed Booty Collector.
    Booty Collector renamed Something non-objectifying Collector.
    Something non-objectifying Collector reverted back to Chest Collector due to character limit.
