• Max laughing his ass off upon learning that Noah's daughter is expecting a baby from Alison's brother-in-law.
  Max: Jesus. I thought I fucked up my life. I'm sorry. I... [Laughs]
• Whitney asks Allison if she has really slept with Whitney's father. When Allison tells her that she has, Whitney is appalled - not because of any concern for her parents' marriage, but because "he's so old and gross, and your husband's so hot!"
• The "Rashomon"-Style can make some scenes that are shown from different angles pretty hilarious in how obviously skewed they are to favor the POV character. For instance, during Noah and Helen's divorce mediation in season 2, Noah remembers showing up in a proper suit, the divorce lawyer she hired being a goofball, and his wife being cold, spiteful, and mostly haggling over assets; Helen remembers Noah showing up in a leather jacket, the divorce lawyer she hired being extremely serious, and her husband being rude, crass and making unrealistic demands for joint custody.
