• While blatantly depicting them in “Descent” as an hardcore organized crime family, Noah can't be sued for defamation by the Lockharts as they in real life are secret drug dealers in Montauk. Even if they tried (which they shouldn't to say the least), Noah can testify in court (albeit Allison out of love) that they did said crime, hearing from an eyewitness in Oscar.
