Despite being a dark and serious manga about an assassin, Koroshiya Yametai has its share of funny moments.
- It turns out that the team of disguised police officers sent after Rose and Shirafune includes both hitmen and paladins, with none of them realizing that the members of the opposite side are in their midst.
- After seeing Hibai and Gina together, Benika considers their odd behavior and comes to the conclusion that they're still exes who have feelings for each other.
- As dinner begins, Hibai and Gina consider what to do if a fight should break out, since they came unarmed, and after a Long List of the various items that can be used as weapons (many of which they do use), they conclude that there isn't much in the way of weapons. Meanwhile, Rose is glad everyone's getting along.
- The end of series bonuses have some ways for Rose to kill people.
