For a game where you normally hunt deer and similar animals, there's bound to be some moments that'll make you giggle.Also, unmarked spoilers for anything with a plot, such as "In case of Zombies".

• In the Zombie Deer adventure the does are left alive and well. This hilariously implies that the undead bucks wouldn't turn a doe, but the logical answer would be just for Anti-Frustration Features, because undead does might've been mistaken for the bucks.
• The Cockroach Bonus, what do you do when there's a bunch of cockroaches in your home? Bring out your hunting rifle and shoot 'em! Hilariously enough you somehow don't damage anything, not milk cartoons, not the cupboards... Nothing other than the roaches! It even ends with some bouncing on and somehow in some gello.

"In Case of Zombies"

• There's a surprising amount of Black Comedy, which seems rather rare for a zombie situation.
  • There's always a pun or joke in every Mook Debut Cutscene for the zombies, not even the Zombie Bears or Boyfriend are immune to this.
    • Standard Zombie: Likes: Brains, Dislikes: Headshots
    • Zombie Chicken: The fowlest of zombies
    • Zombie Boyfriend: Don't flirt with his girlfriend, he's a little over-protective.
    • Runner Zombie: Has a deadly case of the runs
    • Zombie Racoon: Makes a terrible hat
    • Zombie Deer: Deerly departed
    • Zombie Bear: The grizzliest of zombies
• Part 1 of "In Case of Zombies" has one zombie still trying to get some moonshine from a jug, even the undead can't resist a drink. There's another one like him at the beginning of Part 3, but he's a little further away so you might not notice him.
  • Also in part one, Ed runs into an outhouse after saying "We're not gonna make it!", he was meaning he would've probably ruined his shorts.
  • After blowing up some dynamite in the Zombie Boyfriend's mouth to finish him off, Betty casually says "I think we should see other people." to him.
• In part 3 of "In Case of Zombies", Ed tells the player and the gang to not make a sound as they get into the barn infested with zombies and toxic waste moonshine... Ed accidently gives them away with a fart.
• The ending of "In Case of Zombies" has Pappy drink some of the toxic waste moonshine he made, even though he unwittingly created some zombies with the stuff he drank it anyway, even if it gave him a case of Laser-Guided Karma for his idiocy.

"In Case of Monsters"

• Just like "In Case of Zombies" before, there's always a joke about an enemy in the Mook Debut Cutscenes

  • Colossal Foot: Angry, hairy, feelin' frisky.
  • Monsquito: Totally Non-GMO.
  • Werechimp: Throws poop at the moon.
  • Craggler: Feeling the pinch lately
  • Gigantipede: Legs for days.
  • Nightbear: Voted best kisser
  • Rock Rat Secretly an awful chef
  • Raprodon: Just a sixteen-foot turkey.

• The fact the Colossal Foot immediately loses interest in Betty as soon as it lays eyes on Pappy, just yeeting her away before taking Pappy.
• Hopping mushroom, talk about a Mushroom Samba!
