6.0.6 (the Black Hot Organization's answer to 5.0.5.) has a lot of brilliance surrounding its name depending on who named it.
If it was Black Hot, the leader of the organization, he'd want his cronies to be better than their smaller counterparts in every way. 6 is one number above 5, so 606 is better than 505 two times.
If it was Dr. Flex who named the cactus—like his counterpart named 5.0.5—then it's likely he also wrote out the nametag on 6.0.6's pot. As illustrated in his debut episode, Flex values strength waaaaaay more than intelligence—it makes sense he'd be the one dim enough to write a numeric digit backwards.
On the subject of 6.0.6., the backwards 6 makes its name look like a tiny person flexing big biceps. Perfect for Black Hot's croney!
While the affects of Miss Heed's serum aren't permanent, the longevity of being under her control is pretty powerful. For example, Coyote and Omega were brainwashed for an entire year before being snapped out by the broadcast of Heed kissing Flug. So, just imagine if it could go on longer and as seen with the other victims they are powerless to do anything which is centrally a Fate Worse than Death.
The blog shows that Miss Heed had Coyote and Omega at her whim and living with her when she brainwashed them. There is also the fact that in one of the Christmas posts she sat on Omega's lap and in her deleted Q & A post she mentions at times how cute they are. It makes an uncomfortable speculation she might have been using them for other purposes and it would set off more alarms if the genders were reversed. "Heedious Heart" does show she wasn't above kissing someone she thought was under the influence of her drug, so one can imagine she would go that far.
