A subtle one, but something to think about regarding the Mana Beast and the unspecified apocalypse that occurred long ago. If you look around the geology of the Pandoran continent, you'll see that much of the cliffs are composed of interlocked hexagonal columns. In real life, that's evident of columular basalt, which is formed by the cooling of upwards lava flows. This means that the Mana Beast's rampage was earth rending and destructive enough to cause damage on a continent shattering world scale, and not just enough to wipe out cities clean off the map, but destroy the grounds which they were founded on and erased just about any archelogical evidence anything existed prior to the then end of the world. And considering the crater like geology of the Pandoran Continent, that means the Mana Beast wiped it out prior with just a single breath. That's how severe the situation is when the Mana Beast threatens to return to the world upon the resurrection of the Mana Fortress.
