So, we know that due to the Egyptian curse, Emmy turns into a mannequin in the presence of anyone but her True Love. And it's more than just Perception Filter as is (possibly) the case in Calvin and Hobbes — she literally becomes an inert statue whenever anyone else is looking. However, late in the film it's implied that she and Jonathan got caught en flagrante delicto during one of their overnight romps, thanks to a recently installed video surveillance system. So the question rises, did the cameras catch Emmy as a "live" person? Or did they see Jonathan going to town on a dummy?
