In Episode 50, Pent yells "No bullets!" towards Gino during their encounter, and if you remember way back in episode 37, Gino attempts to kill Pent with a gun.
It seems odd that Gino constantly calls out and threatens to kill the son of his boss, but then you remember Khonjin seems to never hold ill will towards Gino afterwards. He likely never tells his father what the hell happens.
In "P.I. 3" it seems a little weird that a random dog just suddenly kills Khonjin. But if you look closely you can see that it's the same dog from "Dweebus" who was ordered to kill Khonjin in that episode.
