If the Nazis won World War II on Earth-X, then why does it seem as if they're just in the process of taking over, given that it's been over 60 years since the war ended?
According to Crisis on Earth-X, Hitler didn't conquer the world. He won the war and then established a hegemony with soft power and sympathetic leaders. So presumably the Reich in many places is still fairly recent or not in total control, explaining why there's such a substantial resistance movement.
Why is Oliver-X following Kara-X's orders, as if he's a common soldier? Isn't he the Fuhrer of the New Reich (and also her husband)?
They seem to share power, with Overgirl likely having military control. It's possible Oliver is only Fuhrer because the Reich was unwilling to give a (female) alien total control.
This was made before Crisis on Earth-X was finalized, so they didn’t know how it was set up. Hence the continuity errors such as Oliver and Barry knowing who Ray is, Citizen Cold not showing up, and Barry being the evil Flash.
