Fridge Brilliance
- During "Link By Link," Scrooge reaches for the coins that Marley is forced to carry with him, and Marley slaps his hand away. At first this might seem like Hypocritical Humor on Marley's part: greedily hoarding that money when he was alive has brought him eternal punishment, yet he still seems to want to keep the money for himself. But then you realize that's not it. He's actually trying to discourage Scrooge's greed to save Scrooge from sharing his fate.
