In Summoning Japan, Japan was transferred through an unknown phenomenon. In another world, the same method occurs, but this time, thanks to the invention of Otherworld Dimensional travel technologies made by Alicia Permeal, War Maiden of Knowledge, Celestina was able to transfer their fleets into the New World. Founding themself in the New World, the new adventure awaits while the Main Council is aware that they have been summoned for a purpose.

Tropes:
- Floating Continent: To Lieutenant Schutz's eyes, Celestina slowly but inexorably appearing in the airspace of the Rodenius Sea is very ominous. He quickly realizes it's an entire chunk of a continent approaching.
- Foreign Language Title: Despite being written in English, the fic's title is in Japanese. It roughly translates as Summoning Celestina or, if we are inclined to follow the source material's canonical translation, Celestina Summons.
- Point of Divergence: The fic diverges from canon shortly after Japan is summoned to the New World. Thanks to one of Alicia's inventions, Celestina mainland has been transferred to the new dimension too, and, along with her, Japan's fleets. This boosts the country's offensive capabilities, therefore allowing it to not bank it all into playing pacifist.
- The Place: The fic is named after Celestina, a fictional mainland region of Japan that contains the country's fleets and, unlike in canon, is summoned alongside the rest of the country.
