Sam Hazeldine, born in 29 March 1972 in London, is a British actor mostly known for taking small, recurring roles.
He studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art for about two years before abandoning his acting career to join the band Mover. Hazeldine returned to acting ten years later in 2003, when he made his professional debut as D.C. David Butcher in Prime Suspect. He's best known for the roles of George Sewell in Peaky Blinders, as John McDaniel in the british show, The Innocents, and Barnaby in The Sandman (2022). In 2023, he was cast for the role of Adar in The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, replacing Joseph Mawle, after the latter's departure for unknown reasons.
