Adams is a Welsh television personality who gained brief fame in the early 2000s when she placed in second place on the second season of Big Brother.
Originally a hairdresser, Adams' time on the show's run was particularly interesting due to her romance with fellow housemate, Paul Clarke. Her personality was punctuated by her random outbursts of whatever popped into her head at that moment. Despite being the bookie's favourite to be evicted early Adams placed in second in the finale.
After Big Brother, Adams appeared on various television shows in the UK including Loose Women, Ready Steady Cook and Celebrity Fear Factor. She also appeared in a cameo role as herself in Dead Set, a show revolving around a fictitious season of Big Brother on eviction night when a zombie outbreak takes place.
- The Ditz: Her tendency to just say whatever was in her head at any given moment were dubbed "Helenisms" by the British public.
