Anime

  • She sang many Sailor Moon songs, including the original theme song. She published an album of them and a new song was made for every season. All of them are amazing, but the first one is the one that Italians are most familiar with.
    Sailor Moon, sempre magica
Sailor Moon, Sailor Moon sei fantastica
    Sailor Moon, amica Sailor Moon
Con la luna sai vedi sempre dove vai
  • She sang the Italian OP of Himitsu no Hanazono is soft, whispery and dreamy. Every time she says "Mary", there's an echoing of her name.
  • The Italian-dub theme song of La Seine No Hoshi is considered one of D'Avena's best works. It sounds utterly upbeat and cheery, and the guitar in the background only adds to it. And the chorus:
Colpi di qua, colpi di là
    Cos'accadrà, cos'accadrà?
Colpi di qua, colpi di là
    Cos'accadrà, cos'accadrà?
  • D'Avena's Alternative Foreign Theme Song of Hello! Sandybell at the 1:00 mark features not only her own voice, but the choir's voice, followed by soft instrumental music.
  • The Italian opening of Lady!!, known as Milly, un giorno dopo l'altro in Italy, is happy, poppy, and carried by her beautiful voice from start to finish. It also perfectly captures Lynn's optimistic view of the world.
  • D'Avena sang the Italian OP of Ai Shite Night. It starts out with a truly wonderful sound repeated in the chorus, and combines jazz and choir singing into one. And then we get to "Licia, love me love me Licia!"
  • Her Italian rendition of "What's my Destiny" from Dragon Ball Z starts out Bedroom Pop-ishy, and then she starts singing faster as the beat speeds up, and it sounds wonderful. Not to mention the beautiful echoes at the end!

Live-Action TV

  • Yes, she sang the Italian version of the Barney & Friends theme song. Yes, it slaps. She sings it with the same intensity that she sings anime theme sings, and Pietro Ubaldi songs alongside using his "Barney" voice.
