Awesome / Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League

Go To

  • The title of game. The Suicide Squad is tasked with taking down and eliminating all members of the Justice League in order to save Metropolis and the world from Brainiac.
    • Wonder Woman seems to be the only one who managed to escape Brainiac mind control and as the trailer shows having the Princess of Themsycria on their side is a very big advantage for our (anti?) “heroes”.
  • In a horrific way the reveal of Batman as he’s shown to be every much The Ace he was when we played him throughout the Arkham games and being under Brainiac's control only makes him more dangerous. As the Squad quickly find out once they see him apparently murder a guard.
  • The first bonus character... The Joker himself, with this being an Elsewords variant of the Joker who is part of his universe's Suicide Squad. He might be dead in the Arkhamverse, but that doesn't mean the Clown Prince Of Crime won't get to do what he's always wanted to do... Kill The Bat (legally).
  • After beating Green Lantern the shield around Brainiac's spaceship is still operational, until King Shark manages to briefly wield John's Power Ring and creates a huge shark construct that takes out the shield.
King Shark: In Brightest Day, in Blackest Night... No evil shall escape my sight... Let those who worship evil's might... Beware my power, KING SHARK'S LIGHT!"
  • This is shortly followed by the greatest section of concentrated awesome. Superman enters the field and Wonder Woman confronts him. The squad is relegated to background characters as the two gods duel. The strongest group the government has left is completely and utterly useless to aid Diana.
  • During the Batman Boss Fight he manages to take the team out using Fear Toxin only for it to backfire. How? Because Harley knows him long enough to see it coming and modified the Toxin. Harley managed to beat Batman at his own game.
    • Then comes the fear toxin-induced giant demonic Batman fight.
  • Luthor-2 manages to be even more cunning and pragmatic than his Earth-1 counterpart, as he runs circles around half of his problems.
    • He supplies the Squad with the Yellow Lanterns to defeat Green Lantern, by easily hacking into Batman's secret stash of weapons in a bank vault.
    • He manages to fashion Gold Kryptonite from tissue samples of Corrupted!Batman's DNA to help the Squad defeat Corrupted!Superman.
    • When Waller reveals she knows all about his plans and attempts to take control, he reveals he placed a nanite bomb implant in his skull to destroy Lex Tower should he die, forcing Waller to concede.
