• The song "Tip the Scales", with superb animation depicting King K. Rool's plan (Gather up and destroy all of the bananas on Donkey Kong Island to force Donkey Kong into a final showdown atop the Volcano) and Ben Campbell's gleefully hamming it up during the song.
• The climax when K. Rool finally comes face to face with Donkey Kong after many years, ready to reclaim his position as his arch-enemy, and defiantly shouting to the heavens about it. Scar declared it was time to be prepared for his coup of the century; Frollo declared Esmeralda would be his or she'd burn; Ursula declared she was on a roll with poor, unfortunate souls. K. Rool joins their ranks of villains with epic songs with his declaration of war, affirming he is back, and he is king.
  I am Kremling! I am king!
  We'll reclaim what's to be had!
  Tear Kong asunder as we cry blood and thunder!
  My command is iron-clad!
• The very end. After scaring off Klump and Krusha, K.Rool decides to give the letter they found a gander...
  Interviewer: And on a slightly less sensitive note, is there anyone in particular you'd really like to join the roster for the upcoming event?
  Donkey Kong: Hmm, nope, no one comes to mind. I mean, who else is there?
  (K.Rool grins evilly)
