• When Kyle is in the boys' bathroom after a test to have a quickie with Cartman, Trent comes out of a bathroom stall after imitating Cartman's voice to confront Kyle, wearing Cartman's jacket and Kenny's necklace. When Kyle demands what he had done to Cartman, Trent reveals that he has Kenny's necklace. When Trent is about to go in for the kill, Kyle blocks his stab (depicted in a .gif panel◊) and breaks free, slamming him into a paper towel dispenser after grabbing his arm... but not before getting his own arm sliced open and having his hat taken off by Trent. After he realizes that Trent killed Kenny (and realizes that Cartman might be dead by his hands as well), he growls out "You bastard..." at him as he takes his jacket off and lunges towards him. And then, with a enraged, screamed repetition of "YOU BASTARD!!", Kyle kicks Trent in the face, making him drop his switchblade! And then he proceeds to unleash a barrage of kicks on him! Finally, he would've delivered a finishing blow with his fist ("You're FUCKING DEAD!!") if Trent didn't catch his fist and shatter his leg.
• Kyle manages to find Trent's location (as well as possibly Cartman's location) through his laptop, so he readies himself with a gun and is about to head out of the bunker that the boys are hiding out it. However, Stan disarms him (because he doesn't want to lose another friend) and heads out himself. Does that stop Kyle from heading out to confront Trent? No, because after a couple of attempts due to the difficulty of climbing a ladder with a broken leg, he throws his crutches out of the bunker, grabs another gun, and gets out. All to be out for Trent's blood and saving Cartman and Stan.
• Stan finds Trent and prepares to shoot him. Kyle arrives, and after Trent draws his own guns on them, an unseen Cartman stabs him in the back with his own switchblade, then Kyle shoots him six times, followed by a final shot to the top of his head after he drops dead.
• Stan records a conversation between his dad and Gerald involving the latter not being accepting of his own son's homosexuality. He sends Kyle the video and is contemplating posting it on Facebook to expose Gerald's bigotry. This also doubles as a Heartwarming Moment, as it showcases the lengths that he'd go to in order to protect his best friend.
  • Though Stan later goes on to say that Kyle doesn't want him to go through with that, what with it being counterproductive at that point. However, Kyle contemplates sending Sheila the video later on.
