** The Groundhog Day event, which requires players to wake up a mouse named Charlotte by repeatedly typing her name in the chat box until a meter is filled. The problem with this event is that no one, not even the Transformice wiki, knows exactly what has to be done to get the meter to start filling up. Many times, when the event starts, players will start spamming "Charlotte!" over and over, only for the meter to remain stubbornly empty. To make matters worse, when the event returned at the beginning of March 2018, it replaced the Valentine's Day event, which only lasted for half a monthfor comparison, the Halloween 2017 and Christmas 2017 events lasted two months each, denying many players the chance to obtain the much-desired swan and rose cartouches. As a result, Charlotte herself has become a Scrappy in some circles.

* Moe: In general, the mice are rather adorable and mmany people playing shamans prefer to help rahter than troll (this was not always so, though). Charlotte in particular looks kinda miserable when people finally manage to wake her up, so many people would like to give her a hug.

Added DiffLines:

* UnintentionallyUnsympathetic: Charlotte is a cute HeavySleeper in a rather fetching night outfit, but because she is the subject of a much-reviled event where people have to wake her up by spamming the chat with her name, she has become an unfortunate Scrappy to some circles.

* ScrappyMechanic: The "Soul" maps mechanic. In them, you're tethered to another player and forced to cooperate to get the cheese. Doesn't sound too bad, except for the fact that, nine times out of ten, one of the following happens; your teammate immediately rushes towards the cheese with reckless disregard, getting you both killed in the process, or you get an afk teammate who despawns after not moving for a while, or just immediately pops as soon as the map starts, usually making it unwinnable for you. As a result, soul maps are widely hated, and most players groan over having to play them.

** You used to be able to spawn a portal (in any level) on screen AND off screen, pushing a mouse into said on screen portal will immediately turn said mouse into bubbles. Needless to say, dick Shamans loved this. Then they removed the portals (but re-used them later on), probably because of this and the fact Shamans only used portals to easily beat a level.
