* TheScrappy: Shockingly [[AvertedTrope averted]] so far. It's a diverse cast of characters, but all of them are so interesting and fun at times that there don't seem to be any characters overwhelmingly hated by the fanbase. Even [[TheSociopath Lou]][[{{Jerkass}} is]] [[TheCasanova La]][[ManipulativeBastard rk]] still has as many fans as he has haters. The same goes for the Doctor.

* CompleteMonster: The Doctor, for what he did to the lives of [[spoiler:Jack Porter and Sonia Friday.]]

* LoveToHate: The Doctor manages to get this treatment from many fans while still being acknowledged as a CompleteMonster. His status as [[spoiler: KnightOfCerebus]] as well as his [[FauxAffablyEvil politeness]] and [[EvilGenius intelligence]] may have helped him in this regard...

* TheWoobie: [[spoiler:Mr. Porter. He was just a good, kind-hearted, psychiatrist who wanted to help his friend Sonia's family. And then he was [[BrainwashedAndCrazy brainwashed]] by his patient. This decent individual was basically forced to watch helplessly as his new persona, Mr. Friday, killed people for the sake of the Doctor's plans. He was unable to stop it for ''years'' and was even forced to watch helplessly as his brainwashed self killed Sonia, the woman he loved. He then met Reilly who unintentionally helped him snap out of it, but she found that she still hated him for all that he had done - justifiably so, from her perspective. It is still very easy to feel sorry for Jack on [[http://rps.smackjeeves.com/comics/1130237/314/ this page]] in particular. Reilly looks absolutely horrified at what he had to go through.]]

She usually [[LampshadedTrope lampshades]] the FanDisservice in her author comments. In fact, you'd be hard-pressed to find anything that could be considered legitimate {{Fanservice}} in this comic. The author seems to enjoy mocking the very idea of including such a thing.

Sonia was left with no idea where her family had gone and could only rely on Mr. Porter, [[AllThereInTheManual who also happened to be an old friend of hers.]] And then Mr. Porter, the last person left for her to confide in, was [[BrainwashedAndCrazy brainwashed into ''killing her.]]'']]
