* MemeticLoser: Chase. Compared to the others, Chase has had a large amount of bad things happen to him. Not including incidents he has shared with the others (having his courage stolen, bonds of friendship cut, wish backfiring, being frozen, and hit by a greed spell) Chase has been: trapped in a cage for most of an episode, mind controlled, given a crippling toothache, hit with the Dino Cupid Charger, had his sister almost killed, been dumped for his Ranger alter ego, and electrocuted twice.

* ScapegoatCreator: After the finale aired, many fans who were pissed off with the result of the episode blamed Judd Lynn for it and especially the outcome in which . Others blame Becca Barnes, who co-wrote most of the Dino Super Charge episodes for the finale and everything wrong with the second half of Dino Charge.

Removing some stuff that was clearly added by someone who hates Kyoryuger.

** One compared to Sentai: One major complaint about Kyoryuger is that Daigo "King" Kiryu, the Red Ranger, increasingly becomes a Canon Sue. By the end, its FanNickname is Daigo Sentai Kingranger. One of the episodes before it hit but is now a HarsherInHindsight hint at what was coming was Plezuon's introduction: Yayoi falls deeply in love with him instantly, before he has done anything that could possibility make her see him as special (five seconds into their first meeting, he was as in the dark as everyone else about what was going on at the time, and was asking the obvious questions like anyone else. Apparently, when he does it, saying "uh, so where are we and who was the guy in the purple suit?" is enough to leave her going gaga over him all the way to the finale). Dr. Ulshade eventually gives him sole control of Plezuon, referring to him as "your new partner," while knowing little more about him than Yayoi does. Plezuon's first battle has him piloted by Daigo alone. The Power Rangers version of the episode gets here, and each of those points is turned on its head hard: (a) Yayoi's counterpart Kendall, present from day one in this version, suddenly gaining romantic intentions toward Tyler is out of the question, as she is a Cam-type who looks down on the others a bit, and is a ShipperOnDeck for Tyler and Shelby, (b) the Plesiozord first attacks the monster on her own and then beams all six of the Rangers into her cockpit for the final round with the monster, and (c) as it's a Shelby episode, the one taking the lead in that fight is her!
*** Then in the finale, leads the charge in Megazord, first with Shelby as part of a BigDamnHeroes moment, then as part of an [[spoiler:eight-Ranger team (including Prince Phillip) in finishing off Greenzilla which Yayoi only got to do in Kyouryuger[='=]s movie.]]
** The GrandFinale does it again: Even the most Red-centric series of PR and SS let everyone take part in the final battle, but Daigo Sentai Kingranger ends with Daigo alone on the enemy ship fighting ManBehindTheMan Deboss. The rest are relegated to cheerleaders, singing a magical song to the tune of the opening to power him up. However, the final round with Sledge and company is a feat that requires all the Rangers plus two non-ranger allies. And just like at the end of the first half, it took multiple characters in multiple places using their strengths, proving the power of teamwork instead of the way Daigo would talk about friendship and teamwork and then do it all himself.
** Then, the actual final episode is a post-script ChristmasEpisode, which sees the team reassemble and defeat the last MonsterOfTheWeek - again, all ten come together, kick some butt, and last blow of the series is fired by ten Rangers in three Megazords combining their power into a ConvergingStreamWeapon.

*** Also regarding the source material. The fact that the other rangers, especially the Green Ranger who had very little focus in the series, are actually getting character episodes and proper development instead of it all being focused on the Red Ranger.

** Kaylee, Chase's love interest, is an interesting case. While the fandom at large still prefers to ship Chase with Riley, most people still like Kaylee as a character on her own and would have liked to see more of her. Some even hoped the series would follow in Kyoryugers footsteps and have her become the successor to the Aqua ranger (a hope which only intensified when cemented his Scrappy status).

** For some people, in the finale. Depending on who you ask it was either legitimately suspenseful, too ridiculous for Power Rangers, or just ridiculous enough.

* SeasonalRot / SophomoreSlump: While Dino Charge is well-regarded by fans, Dino Super Charge is considered to be a weaker follow-up, due to its overuse of fillers and the controversial ending (see Broken Base).
