Hope refuses and Lucifer kicks her out a window. In Hell, Hope meets Cremator, Lucifer's former blacksmith who was killed by Lucifer in life and was dragged to Hell by Lucifer. Through her training, Hope becomes Lady Death and leads several lost souls in a rebellion against Lucifer.
