* MagnificentBitch: Koko Hekmatyar is a brilliant young ArmsDealer who runs her organization with ruthless efficiency. Constantly making advantageous illegal deals and dictating the course of conflicts, Koko adopts the young former child soldier Jonah as a way to keep herself shackled to her humanity, frequently taking on those who attempt to undermine or kill her while leading them to their own demises in breathtakingly impressive fashion. Koko is revealed to despise the arms trade despite her skill with it, and puts Project Jormungand into play: a plan to use a satellite system to seal the skies from humanity, destroying all aircraft in the sky at once to force world peace, believing herself to be the one to create a true peace for the world, even successfully pushing Jonah into agreeing with the plan at the end, declaring her personal soldiers will be the final soldiers left.

** Lehm Brick, leader of Koko's defense detail, is an OldSoldier whose years of experience and command turned Koko's Squad into becoming one of the world's most elite militia in the world. A former US Major, Lehm joined Koko after growing desensitized toward both war and his nation's ideals, deciding to believe in Koko's plans. Cold and tactical, Lehm used his experience to turn his squad into an elite group maintaining a standard of a professional unit, leading charges and adapting his strategy on the fly whether through command or his own hands. Believing in Koko's plan for world peace, Lehm ultimately leads the group in accomplishing it, perfectly executions the military operations against their many foes against them while making sure they don't lose themselves in the bloodshed, even saving Jonah's from his child soldier mentality to give them a better life.
**William "Wiley" Nelson is the group's demolition expert whose skills with explosives have made him one of the group's deadliest member. An engineering school graduate, Wiley sought a different path from his family and joined the US Army, learning quickly his gift in demolition, earning him a role in the military's sabotage operation, capable of salvaging the situation with even minimum explosives. Joining Lehm in Koko's squad, Wiley's demolition skill saved the group numerous times, quickly using his explosives to turn the table against, anyone foiling numerous attacks in creative ways. When fighting the rogue MI6 group Excalibur, Wiley was able to turn the situation around despite being outgun and outnumbered, with clever uses of his few bombs, using their limited range and field tactics to decimate them flawlessly. While seemingly quiet and unassuming, Wiley is seen as the most dangerous member of the group with his demolition expertise, on par with only Koko herself.
** Dr. Minami "Miami" Amada is the best friend of Koko and her right-hand woman in Operation Undershaft. A genius in robotics, Miami was recruited by the military to create the most sophisticated systems to develop their weaponry, revolutionizing the industry. Hating what her creations were used for, Miami decided to join with Koko in her plan for world peace by masterminding Undershaft, a plan to single-handily destroy the air space and cripple the whole world's weapon capabilities. Coming up with the theory, Miami has Koko get what she needs, including robbing government bodies and kidnapping specific personal of her choosing, all the while using her genius to disable their opponents, including overwriting the US's top system. Winning over her hostage with her charm, she's able to complete Undershaft, and launch it to end war around the world, satisfied despite the sacrifices she made.
** "Dance with Undershaft" arc: Hex is a radical CIA agent and one of Koko's fiercest and long-running enemies. Having a deep-rooted hatred for terrorism, Hex ruthlessly uses any means necessary to eradicate them, setting her sights on Koko, believing her a threat. Arranging an army to have her killed, Hex claimed the life of Echo but ended up traumatized by her casualties. Vowing revenge, Hex joined Bookman to watch Koko, all the while using her connections to hire assassins against her to gather data. With the data gathering complete, Hex decided to go behind her superior's back to launch her attack, winning over a squad of elite soldiers to her cause before ambushing her at the Czech Republic, fatally injuring Jonah, and nearly killing Koko herself, only stopped the betrayal of her own comrades. When Koko launches a bomb raid for revenge, Hex faces it with no regret, vowing to battle Koko again Hell before shooting herself to not give Koko the satisfaction of killing her.

* InvincibleHero: Nothing and no one ever actually poses much of a threat to a roving arms dealer and her small number of bodyguards, from world-class assassins to the CIA to Tier One special forces units. And that's before she

Unless it's an Aesop of the show/episode, it's not Anvilicious by definition. ZCE

* Anvilicious: "I'm seriously disgusted. People care more about wars than the future of their children." Subverted when Koko tells Jonah that he needs to decide for himself whether she's telling the truth or whether it even matters to him. Also made less anvilicious and more, well... Irony weird when you take into account that this is Koko talking.

* CrazyAwesome: While not to the extent of Anime/BlackLagoon, many of the fight scenes and characters run on this. Can't shoot a bulletproof armored van while driving down the road at 60 miles an hour? No problem, just jump on the roof, jump across to their car, slip inside while they're reloading and slit all their throats. Anti-tank missile? Please. Throw it off course with a grenade explosion.
