* MoralEventHorizon: While Tobioka can be seen as a WellIntentionedExtremist and manages to retain some sympathy in most routes, he goes [[JustForPun flying]] over the line in Akari's route with his actions to sabotage the Soaring Club that involve confiscating the winch under false pretenses, lying to Akari about officially recognizing the club, threatening her position as student council president using her dating Aoi as an excuse to claim favoritism, interrupting the final takeoff at a time when one or more people could have gotten seriously injured, and revels in it to Akari's face!

* MemeticMutation: "12-year-old French girls." [[note]]A derisive reference to an interview statement made by [=MoeNovel=]'s producer regarding the removal of the novel's sexual content and an example of the kind of broader target audience they want to reach. Whenever someone questions or brings up something that was removed, someone else will mockingly bring up how the content doesn't appeal to said demographic.[[/note]]

* StoryBranchFavoritism: Could be seen as applying to Kotori and Amane's routes. Kotori gets the most romantically charged moments in the first part of the game before the route is chosen and she is the most prominent character in the movies that play between acts, getting actual animated movements. Amane's route on the other hand is the one that reveals the most of the story's mysteries [[spoiler: such as the fate of Isuka and the nature of the previous Soaring Club and their activities.]]

* LesYay: Amane's relationship with Isuka. The two were extremely close, with Isuka being really seriously passionate about teaching Amane about love and beauty, and An-chan even says at one point that while he liked Isuka, there was no place for him since she was too caught up in Amane.

* HoYay: The game jokingly has some between Aoi and An-chan or Mabou. Aoi looks up to An-chan as an older brother and they're pretty close, and at one point Ageha jokingly asks if they're out on a date An-chan replies 'yes' and for a few moments she actually believes him. Also, Ma-bou occasionally acts like a tsundere towards Aoi, leading other characters to joke that he's another rival.
** More dramatically, Amane's relationship with Isuka. The two were extremely close, with Isuka being really seriously passionate about teaching Amane about love and beauty, and An-chan even says at one point that while he liked Isuka, there was no place for him since she was too caught up in Amane.

* CrowningMomentOfFunny: On Kotori's route, when she turns down Miyata's confession, her reasoning is that her love is unrequited. One might think she's referring to Aoi, until it jumps to a chibi panel with her eyes sparkling as she says "...my love with the sky!" Even Aoi and Ageha have trouble stifling a laugh.
