** This is especially true of the Godzilla vs King Ghidorah fight. In canon, it's considered a massive disappointment, largely consisting of Ghidorah statically grappling with Godzilla. In this version, Godzilla being far more expressive helps sell the grapples that do happen as much more painful, and Ghidorah gets to show off a ''lot'' more of his EldritchAbomination nature and power set. The finale and King Ghidorah's demise is also noted as being far more satisfying that [[AntiClimaxBoss the rather anti-climatic way he was beaten in the actual anime.]]
** Even Haruo's death is noted as being an improvement, despite the character never appearing once in person, as many feel the scene just being able to play out quietly and somberly rather than Haruo screaming at the top of his lungs improves it considerably.

** Special notice goes to Godzilla Earth himself. While using the same design and scale as the trilogy itself, clever camera angels and body language manages to make a design many considered slow, clunky, and expressionless ''very'' expressive and give Godzilla Earth a definite personality.

** Same goes for Mechagodzilla. Only time will tell if [[spoiler: Planet Eater Ghidorah]] gets the same positive response, but his design and expressiveness alone has made many already prefer him. The trailer furthers this by showing there will most certainly be a fight and Ghidorah maintains both his EldritchAbomination status while still being able to fight.
