* FaceOfTheBand: The face of his solo projects. Of course, what with its name, the first is kind of obvious. But keep in mind that Morten Abel, at one time one of the most popular Norwegian artists with a good international following, is a member of Uncle Deadly.


* PainfulRhyme: Songwriting is often accused of this, and not without factual basis. However, these are few and far between in his solo songs; he has gone on record with saying he is a lot more comfortable with singing, and composing, songs in English than in his native language.
