* WhatDoYouMeanItsNotForKids: ''Bee and Puppycat'' originally aired on Frederator Studios' Cartoon Hangover, an outlet for ''adult'' animation, and despite the pretty colors, cute art style, and perky protagonist, demographically the show is aimed at an older audience. That said, there isn't really much in the show that's objectionable in the first place; beyond some occasional naughty language (where anything above "ass" is censored) the show is perfectly accessible, which earned it nothing over a TV-PG in the United States, and a 12 in the UK when the show finally made it to Netflix.

** Episode 4 has several instances of this. One of the cafe cats sweats profusely. Its sweat not only gets all over a push broom but also into the eyes of another cat. Meanwhile, we're introduced to Bee's napping closet, which is filled with old gelatin loaves that she not only plans to use as a bed but also plans to eat once she wakes up. She ends up having to use the aforementioned sweaty push broom to scare out the cats who invaded the cabinet and our eating the gelatin. This means that for a period of time the cabinet was full of mushed-up, sweaty gelatin.

** Crispin is frustrated while repairing Bee's motorbike. High pitched voices come from the bike begging him not to hit the motorbike. ** In the original continuity, Bee received criticism for being something of a WomanChild, especially since it deviated from her pilot personality. Here she's a bit more mature, if still quite out there.

** In the first episode one of the cafe cats pukes up a dead mouse and bird that are embracing each other. It's very cartoony, but anyone who has owned a cat will be very aware of what such a situation usually entails. Not helping matters is that Bee doesn't clean it up, she just puts a napkin over it. * ShipSinking: Several ships from the original continuity take a hit after the release of the Netflix redux.
** Despite the Netflix continuity giving Cas and Toast a backstory flashback that layers on the LesYay between them, "Season 2" (which is now combined into season 1) goes forward with the plot of Toast becoming pregnant by Cas's brother Merlin and them becoming an "unwed" married couple. The fact that Toast moves out of Cas' room into Merlin's and they seem happy together further solidifies the fact that anything becoming of Cas/Toast is, at this point, unlikely.
** Depending on how you interpret certain moments in the third episode, Bee/Deckard can become very difficult to ship moving forward, as the nature of their relationship arguably becomes something closer to that of a child and their caretaker due to the reveal that Bee used to babysit Deckard and Cas in the past. How much older she was than them when it happened, and what her exact age was is unclear.
** For those who wanted to ship the Space Outlaw Puppycat with Bee, the fact that Puppycat used to babysit when she was a child makes it quite difficult now.

* WhatDoYouMeanItsNotForKids: ''Bee and Puppycat'' is not aimed at kids, and originally aired on Frederator Studios' Cartoon Hangover; an outlet for ''adult'' animation, despite the pretty colors, cute art style, and perky protagonist suggesting otherwise. As shows go though, it ''is'' downplayed in that there isn't really much in the show that's immediately objectionable (especially compared to sister show ''WebAnimation/BravestWarriors''), and the only glaring "naughty" stuff in the series is some mild language, censored swears, some drops of innuendos here and there, and a brief splash of blood seen in "Donut"/"What Do You Want To Be?" (which makes the blood more stylised). The show is, for the most part, perfectly safe for kids to watch, but it does deal with some recurring themes of growing up and settling into adulthood, which will resonate more seriously with the target demographic of teenage and young adults. For what its worth, the Netflix presentation of ''Lazy in Space'' is rated TV-PG in the United States, and the UK rates it a 12 (due to the mild language and infrequent cursing).
