Cleaning up some of these to be a bit more general since the word "Utrom" has not been used, and may not be used by the movie.

** The 2003 series' Demon Shredder was largely the result of [[{{Retcon}} tweaking]] the internal chronology of the series and ArcWelding, which resulted in a fairly convoluted origin story. This series' Shredder, also a demonic entity, has his backstory heavily simplified to a set of evil armor that devoured its wearer and their soul. * AdultFear: The episode where the turtles meet the actor who plays their favorite sci-fi character Jupiter Jim has a very different energy when veiwed from an adult perspective. The turtles are blown away by their icon (while claiming to be dressed as the reptile aliens from one of his movies), when Jupiter Jim takes advantage of their starstruck nature to convince them to come back to his apartment which the teenage turtles do. Raph is the only one who is creeped out by this but goes along to avoid leaving his brothers alone. While at his apartment, Jupiter Jim lets the turtles handle a laser from one of his movies without telling them its real, causing Leo to nearly kill Mikey. When Raph, who is rightly uncomfortable with this whole situation, wants to leave, Jupiter Jim convinces Leo and Mikey to come into a private room with him so he can show them something interesting which turns out to be a trap to paralyze them and put them on display as he has done to many cosplayers in the past. For a child viewer, this is just another episode but to an older audience, the plot feels reminiscent of a celebrity exploiting their status to prey upon children. Even the scene with the laser could be compared to an adult offering children alcohol in order to make the child think they're cool. The turtles falling so easily into the trap is a stark reminder that they're only 13-15 years old.
