''Black Dynamite'' is an 2012 AnimatedAdaptation of the 2009 movie ''Film/BlackDynamite'', which was an AffectionateParody of {{Blaxploitation}} films, on Creator/AdultSwim. The series does not follow the same StylisticSuck of the movie, instead it ratchets up the silliness by mixing in supernatural, extraterrestrial, and just whacked out nonsense to its plots, largely derived from 1970s black pop culture, with a ''lot'' of LampshadeHanging, as Black Dynamite and his crew take on any threats that seek to put the black man down.

We must look eachother face-to-face and understand that these mistakes are part of growing, and forgive our comrade. In so doing, both parties become more mature."
