''[[http://vanadys.comicdish.com/ Vanadys: Tales of a Fallen Goddess]]'' is an ongoing {{Fantasy}} {{Webcomic}} by {{Troper}} [[{{Tropers/Roo}} Roo]], taking place in a FlatWorld which (through no fault of majority of its creators) is divided into two separate halves: the "Magic Lands" and the "Mundane Lands". While crossing between the two is possible, it is generally traumatic and, more often than not, drives the one who crosses insane. This becomes a real problem when a former [[{{Muggle}} mundane]] crosses into the Magic Lands, since the magic tends to play up to their delusions, changing them both physically and mentally.

Five Races is getting replaced by Standard Fantasy Races, as per this thread. Can someone who knows this work expand the example?

* FiveRaces: Literally, since the mortal races tend to call themselves "The Five Known People." The categories are kind of mixed up, though: Humans and dwarfs tend to share the Mundane category, with the dragons and elves sharing the Fairy category. As for the wights (the youngest race), they mix and match the Cute and Stout category, largely depending on the individual.

Added DiffLines:

* StandardFantasyRaces: The mortal races tend to call themselves "The Five Known People." Dragons and Elves are ancient and magical, whereas humans and dwarfs are relatively mundane. The LittleBitBeastly wights are the youngest race in the world.

* OurGodsAreGreater: Apart from the outcast Vanadys, the gods do have a distinct hierarchy: The humanoid gods are all subject to the two highest gods, the Dragon and the Serpent -- who themselves are (at least in theory) subject to the being known as "The Light," creator of all the gods.

* FantasyPantheon: Ten gods and goddesses were created by the Light; nine of them did ''not'' fall. In addition, five gods have been born or ascended later, and there are a hitherto unknown number of other godlike beings, demigods and beings descended from gods in the world.
