** Every time Jeremy trips over his words, [=Th3Birdman=] goes: "Wait, what was that?", then replays Jeremy's trip, says "One more time", [[RuleOfThree replays the tripped-over word once more]] and mocks it on occasion while playing a clip of a related speech impediment (or making a [[StupidStatementDanceMix remix]] out of it).

* StupidStatementDanceMix: This is usually the result of "Wait, what was that? One more time..." type of sins.

* WhamEpisode: The video about ''Film/HouseParty'', where [[spoiler:Birdman finally becomes Future Birdman as a result of seeing Jeremy try to recreate some of the dances of the film.]]

* AwesomeMcCoolName: Birdman's real name - Anthony Edward - derived from ''[[ComicBook/IronMan Anthony Edward Stark]]''.

** The EWW [=CinemaSins=] video about ''WesternAnimation/{{Moana}}'' has him take a jab at [[WebVideo/GameTheory MatPat]] for his theory about the entirety of ''Anime/{{Pokemon}}'' being Ash's DyingDream as he succumbs to his injuries from the first episode:

* EasterEgg: Any time the sin counter reaches 69 (without skipping the number) Birdman throws in a miscellaneous term instead of the number 69. Sometimes it's related to the movie he's reviewing, other times it's just random.

** Also {{subverted|Trope}} in the ''Minions'' video. When Jeremy points out that Scarlet and Herb's {{Sinister Schnoz}}es would prove lethal if they do the 69, Birdman removes a sin because he genuinely laughed at the joke. He then explained that Jeremy did have a point, [[ExplainExplainOhCrap only to realize that he'd be explaining exactly what a "69" is]], so he adds back a sin.

** Also {{Subverted|Trope}} in the ''Minions'' video. ** In the ''Film/HarryPotterAndTheDeathlyHallowsPart2'' video, Future Birdman chides Jeremy for not updating the sin counter when he "dings the ding", but FB doesn't update his own sin counter after "dinging the ding" for that sin.

** "Jeremy sins something he likes cliccliché." When Jeremy says that he liked something or gave the indication he enjoyed something a film did yet he gives the scene a sin for it anyway.

* InterchangeableAsianCultures:In the ''WesternAnimation/{{Shrek}}'' video, Birdman calls out Jeremy for questioning if Fiona got her kung-fu skills from "spare senseis". Kung-fu is Chinese matrial arts while a sensei is a Japanese martial arts teacher.

* EpilepticFlashingLights: He warns of this before the ''Hercules'' video, which seems to be the only time he had to do it.

* FunWithSubtitles: The subtitles on his videos are often a bit cruder than what he actually says out loud. To pick just one example, in the ''Film/JohnWickChapter2'' video, he calls Jeremy a "goddamn dork", which the subtitles translate as "goddamn whale penis".

** One EWW [=CinemaSins=] video has him take a jab at [[WebVideo/GameTheory MatPat]] for his theory about the entirety of ''Anime/{{Pokemon}}'' being Ash's DyingDream as he succumbs to his injuries from the first episode:

** "Jeremy makes a pop-culture reference that isn't a sin of this movie' cliche." And of course, Jeremy makes these references ''a lot of times'' - so much so that Birdman cuts himself off during that phrase.

** "[[CaptainObvious Pointing out things that are happening on the screen]]' cliche."

** Whenever Jeremy talks to characters in the films he's watching: "Jeremy yells at the screen cliche."

** For 2021, he did a parody of ''Film/ZackSnydersJusticeLeague'' "because Jeremy chose ''Film/TheMightyDucks'' today". An actual sins video fot that film would also later be done.

** Whenever Jeremy makes a corny joke, Birdman cuts to a clip from the "Real People, Fake Arms" skit from ''Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon'' in which shows Justin Timberlake looks at the camera before throwing up the mannequin arms in disgust...all while ''The Price Is Right'' theme plays in the background.

** In the sins video for ''Film/SchoolOfRock'', he gives Jeremy 50 sins for saying that Music/TheDoors suck. Before that, in the sins video for ''{{Film/Bumblebee}}'', he has Future Birdman hold him back after Jeremy says that ''{{Series/Alf}}'' sucks. Furthermore, in the sins video for ''WesternAnimation/ThePrincessAndTheFrog'', when Jeremy says that Creator/KeithDavid has the worst voice, [=Th3Birdman=] responds by using the "WHAT DID YOU SAY, NIGGA?!" clip from ''WesternAnimation/TheBoondocks'' and gives Jeremy a whopping 100 sins, a feat repeated in the ''Film/StarshipTroopers'' video for Jeremy saying [[spoiler:Dizzy deserved to die]].
