Trope was cut/disambiguated due to cleanup, how is it aggresively canadian?

* CanadaEh: The entire series is almost ''aggressively'' Canadian, due to the creator being sick of people [[spoiler: thinking his series were set in America]].
* CanadianEqualsHockeyFan:
** Hockey jerseys, ice rinks, and All-Star Games in the background of scenes are often little easter eggs that most non-Canadians miss. The creator put this in despite hating hockey himself.
