* FakeBalance: Roll plays much the same as Mega Man, but she trades his charge shot for a short DoubleJump and takes one point more damage from attacks. This could have been a balanced trade in most of the main series games, but ''Rock n' Roll'' nerfs the charge shot to only deal 2 damage, makes the MercyInvincibility of bosses about as short as they are in ''10'', and is deficient in bosses that stay out of buster range for long periods of time, so there's only a few moments where charging a shot is more beneficial than peppering that same enemy with multiple weak pellets. The extra damage taken is a minor inconvenience mitigated by the fact that the double jump allows Roll to dodge attacks more easily, thus making her the superior choice for most levels.
