* ShockAndAwe: The Double Shock. Essentially a more powerful version of MegaManV's Saturn's Electric Shock. It allows Mega Man to fire short-ranged arcs of electricity directly to his left and right. He can't climb ladders while this is active though.

!!''Mega Man: Dr. Wily's Final Attack'' provides examples of:

* AlwaysAccurateAttack: The Blaring Blast. It does a significant amount of damage to all enemies on screen, ignores all forms of defense that aren't an outright immunity, and can be used eight times per fully-charged weapon energy bar.
* AnIcePerson: Frigid Man and his special weapon, the Frost Arrow. The weapon fires a single arrow that can freeze enemies, and then explode in a shower of icicles which can then further damage enemies.
* BarrierWarrior: Weather Man with his Seasonal Barrier. Mega Man can perform this as well, once he acquires the latter.
* BladeOnAStick: Spear Man's main choice of weaponry are spears. Also applies to the Spear Shot special weapon.
* BonusBoss: Bryan Man.
* BossRush: Present and accounted for, as according to series tradition.
* BrainwashedAndCrazy: [[spoiler: Roll. She snaps out of it when Mega Man defeats her at the end of Wily Stage 4.]]
* BlowYouAway: There are fans in Weather Man's stage which can push Mega Man upwards, downwards, and away. The rain portion of the stage also has a similar effect.
* CollectionSidequest: In order to unlock Bryan Man's stage, the BRYAN letters have to collected. One letter per Robot Master stage.
* DishingOutDirt: Earth Man.
* ElementalBarrier: The Seasonal Barrier, which is made up components based on the four seasons.
* EmergencyEnergyTank
* ExcusePlot: Dr. Wily has kidnapped Roll and send out another eight Robot Masters. Defeat them and rescue Roll!
* FrickinLaserBeams: The Force Beams make their return in Bryan Man's stage. They are instant death, but travel slower.
* HomingProjectile: The Hawk Seeker. Each seeker does the same amount of damage as a Spear Shot, and homes in on the nearest enemy. If an enemy is destroyed with the current seeker, it'll continue by going after the next nearest enemy.
* HyperDestructiveBouncingBall: Shigaraky, the Tanuki-robot from Spear Man's stage, will throw these at Mega Man.
* KingMook: The boss of the intro stage is a Gray Big Eye.
* LuckilyMyShieldWillProtectMe: The Seasonal Barrier can absorb a decent amount of damage before faltering. It can even destroy weaker enemies in a single hit. In fact, the shield will stay up even if Mega Man switches to and uses most other special weapons.
* MarathonLevel: Compared to other normal levels of the game, Bryan Man's stage is twice as long and filled with a fair share of instant death hazards.
* PandaingToTheAudience: Pandeeta, the [[MechaMooks panda-robot mook]] from Spear Man's stage.
* ShockAndAwe: The Double Shock. Essentially a more powerful version of MegaManV's Saturn's Electric Shock. It allows Mega Man to fire short-ranged arcs of electricity directly to his left and right. He can't climb ladders while this is active though.
* SmurfettePrinciple: Speed Woman is the only lady out of this set of Robot Masters.
* StickyBomb: Speed Woman can place these during her fight.
* ThisIsADrill: The Speed Drill. It deals the same amount of damage as a normal buster shot, but four of them can be on-screen at once. Plus, it will continuously fire as long as the fire button is held down.
* ThrowingYourShieldAlwaysWorks: The Seasonal Barrier can be thrown forward.
* ThrowingYourSwordAlwaysWorks: The Spear Shot special weapon allows Mega Man to fire up to two spears (on-screen) in front of him or at an angle (by holding up or down). These are more damaging than the Earth Drills.
* UnblockableAttack: The Blaring Blast hits all enemies on-screen and even pierces shielded ones.

* WarmUpBoss: The intro stage boss, the Gray Big Eye, is only slightly tougher than a normal Big Eye. The only other notable feature of this boss is that it fires a projectile at Mega Man's last position after a few jumps.
