** Later updates for takedowns expanded on this for the other heroes:
*** Chokeslams for Iron Man
*** Superman punches for both Kamala and Cap
*** A rather hilarious pinning animation for Thor using Mjolnir
*** A spear and a clothesline for Kate Bishop

Older Than They Think - most of the similarities arise because those are tropes generally present in stories involving Maestro.

* AlternateCompanyEquivalent: The campaign shares a surprisingly large amount of similarities with [[Creator/ZackSnyder Zack Snyder's]] original plans for the Franchise/DCExtendedUniverse. Earth has been reduced to a barren wasteland in a BadFuture after an invasion of powerful aliens, some of the most prominent members of the titular superhero team are dead, the survivors are reduced to a RagTagBandOfMisfits, the strongest hero has become an evil tyrant, and the protagonist uses TimeTravel to send a message to his past self and SetRightWhatOnceWentWrong.

* BreakingTheFellowship: The Avengers broke up on bad terms and there is still a lot of animosity between them. In addition, their reunion is forced upon them by combination of a runaway teenager and A.I.M. finding their location. After another argument, Thor and Natasha briefly leave the team while Tony and Bruce get into a fight. [[spoiler:It isn't until the return of Captain Steve Rogers, the only person who can hold the team together, that the Avengers are finally reassembled]].

* ANaziByAnyOtherName: AIM's actions, including kidnapping of Inhuman children, breaking up families, and experiments make them a HatedByAll group after an initial period of being a VillainWithGoodPublicity. A Senator on their payroll basically says that he can't cover for them anymore even if they can provide the US government a robot army.
* ObstructiveBureaucrat: With so many lawsuits and collateral damages over the last 5 years, Stark Industries eventually went bankrupt, the government seizing his company’s assets and giving them to A.I.M. Even S.H.I.E.L.D. cannot escape this scandal and most of their properties have been taken over by A.I.M. as well.
