* AnAesop: T'Challa's arc throughout the expansion revolves around learning to trust those around him, including Shuri and the Avengers, rather than trying to solve problems alone.

* ObviousBeta: The game has been criticized for having one of the worst launches in recent memory, with some calling it the worst technical state in which a AAA game has launched in years. It's fairly obvious that it was rushed out the door to avoid competing with the more crowded release market of November. The game had and continues to have major crashing problems on both PC and Console, severe performance issues even on high-end PC's, many daily and weekly missions don't properly reset, which prevents players from properly engaging in the endgame grind, enemies often fall through the floor (potentially preventing players from being able to complete objectives), matchmaking was completely non-functional on launch for many players, objectives would not spawn in properly, and a host of other bugs were reported by players. Meanwhile there's a small group of ragtag Inhumans who fight to try and prove Inhumans and humans can peacefully coexist. Sounds a whole lot like what the [[Franchise/XMen Mutants]] (who are notably absent from the game) experienced in the comic books, which are merged into the [[ComicBook/{{Inhumanity}} NuHumans]].

On January 20, 2023, Crystal Dynamics announced that they were planning to halt all official support for the game on September 30 of that same year. In the same announcement, it was stated that the game would receive one final content update, v2.8, prior to this, on March 31.

* DownloadableContent: Provided after release at no extra charge, including additional playable characters, storylines, and environments. So far, two Hawkeyes (Clint Barton and Kate Bishop), Black Panther, and Spider-Man have been confirmed, with the latter exclusively releasing on the Sony versions of the game.

* VideoGameLives: When playing with only AI companions, players are permitted to be revived by their allies twice. If they go down a third time, they will need to restart from the last checkpoint.
